I’ve been chronicling 50 reasons why SCOAMF is not my president. I have listed 67 reasons on a notepad at home.

Let me make a distinction. It’s fair for people to oppose political opponents, even to despise them. I know the Commie Left can thrive wholly on a diet of pure hatred, with a side of venom. It’s fair to hate your opponent’s policies, and do your best within legal means to defeat them.. But it is not fair that based on your opposition, you declare the president “not your president.”

On the other hand, if a president acts lawlessly and illegitimately, or if in word and deed he demonstrates hatred for America, or acts intentionally to do great harm to America, then it’s on like Donkey Kong. He might be somebody else’s president. He is not mine. This jackass in the White House, this TOTUS-puppet vacation-smurfing, golf-ball-shanking skinny little freak, is not my president. Here is the fifth reason of 50.

On January 3, 2011, While both Senate and House were holding pro forma sessions and by design, specifically NOT in recess, barack declared that he was using the recess-appointment authority to appoint 4 people to confirmation-required positions, 3 to the NLRB, and one to some board created by the Dodd-Frank bill.

I am not going to go into the merits of recess appointments, the quality of the individuals in question, what exactly pro forma sessions are (or who started them and why). I am not going to dignify with a response the public statements made by WH Spokesman-Stooge Jay Carney, or WH Communications Director Dan Pfeiffer in defense of this outrageous, illegitimate, and blatantly unconstitutional move. They were laughable and predictable, and I’ll leave it at that. Ditto for the left-blogosphere and the Commie Media Front for the Democrat Party, aka Pravda, aka mainstream media.

I am sticking with the heart of the matter. The President of the United States is sworn into office with this oath:

I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.

Preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution….

A president who took and believed that oath would never, ever make a recess “appointment” when the Senate was not in recess. He would not even contemplate it. I would impeach this clown if I could. This stands alone and does not require any of the other 49 reasons he’s not my president. Boehner and company are unforgivably gutless cowards for letting this stand.
